We have now delivered a resounding YES vote supporting Strike action against Royal Mail’s way of managing our industry. The Business and the Government must listen to our members about the concerns we have, and how we should have a share in the success of a modernised industry via negotiation and not dictat! Our negotiators are doing their best to get an agreement that will secure our future terms and conditions. We must ensure that our negotiators have the strength of the yes vote behind them and if we have to take Strike Action then we deliver what we promised in the ballot. For the small minority who voted no respect your colleagues and do not cross picket lines. You Voted Yes for a pay rise, not a pay freeze!
