Labour Pledge 1 Million New Homes In Next Parliament

With one Labour Conference delegate saying she can remember the TV programme 'Cathy Come Home', and another saying that the age of Rackman is back with us - both as a result of Tory party policies.

Labour's Teresa Pearce, Shadow Minister for Housing and Planning presented to their conference in Liverpool, the party's ideas for solving the housing crisis - 1 million new homes in the next parliament, and a suspension of the right to buy council homes.
