CWU NW Regional Conference 2018 Announced

Building on the success of last 3 years events and as previously advised,  the CWU North West Regional Conference, which will include the Regional Committees' AGMs, will be taking place on Friday 16th February 2018 at the Mechanics Institute, 103 Princess St, Manchester, M1 6DD.

10.00 - 10.10      Welcome to Conference - Regional Chair

10:10 - 11:10     Regional Sub Committees- Annual General Meetings

        • Learning: Woods Room, 2nd Floor  
        • Political: Peterloo Room, 3rd floor 
        • Retired: Purcell Room, 2nd Floor

There will also be a number of stalls and leaflet displays.  

Branches are asked, as previously agreed, to arrange for a delegation to attend the day: it is hoped, that as a minimum, the branch delegation will be large enough to afford representation at each of the sub-committee AGMs. The aim is that all delegates will stay and enjoy the rest of the day.

To help with the layout of the rooms and the refreshments (inc lunch) branches asked to send details of size of their delegation, and if possible, list of attendees.

This information to be submitted to the Regional Secretary, by no later than the 22nd January 2018.

There will also be a number of stalls and leaflet displays.  

The bar will be open at the end of the day, for people to network and unwind, and no doubt talk about what an excellent event this has been!
