Northwest Regional Women’s Committee Women’s Evenings 2011

This year’s events will focus on women’s health with guest speakers specialising in different aspects of women’s health and a light hearted look at how this can be portrayed on TV.

We will also have a healthy eating buffet and give people an opportunity to try different types of drinks in the herbal tea break.

There will be some information about Chakras (energy channels) with the opportunity to try a few Tai Chi movements for those who fancy having a go.

There will be a free raffle with prizes such as Spa vouchers for some pampering and DVDs as well as a herbal basket.

Come and join us to see something different that the CWU does for its members, meet other members, Women’s Officers and health experts, relax and have some fun.
