The CWU Conference Voted To Remain – EU Facts

The CWU Annual General Conference this week debated one of the most important issues for this country so far this century – that of the forthcoming EU Referendum and whether or not the UK should remain in the EU.

The debate was emotional and intense.

But on the day, every UK citizen eligible to vote on 23rd June 2016 on this crucial issue needs to remain cool and competent about the facts when making up their mind as to whether they will vote to Remain or leave the EU.

The campaign group 38 Degrees, which many CWU members subscribe to has taken up the position of neutrality in this EU Referendum debate, with the aim of explaining the truth of claims on both sides of the argument; in order to facilitate just that: a balanced and factual statement that voters can address and utilise when making their mind up as to which way to vote.
